The cloud-based solution will enable ecoHarmony to scale its operations and expand its services
Nottingham, 14 October 2019 – NoBlue, a specialist in developing and implementing tailored cloud-based IT solutions for businesses, today announced it will deploy a truly integrated, NetSuite cloud-based system for ecological product designer and retailer, ecoHarmony – enabling the business to increase real-time visibility and expand its customer offering.
NoBlue has already successfully begun the implementation of NetSuite’s core system, which will provide ecoHarmony with a range of services, including project management, integration and implementation support to system selection guidance in areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and eCommerce. As a result, ecoHarmony will be able to complete all of its key business processes via one platform whilst enabling them to access accurate and up-to-date information in real-time.
As part of this, NoBlue has tailored the NetSuite Solution to meet ecoHarmony’s specific needs, such as the ability to schedule purchase orders. This will enable ecoHarmony to process orders more effectively whilst allowing them to continue working with a variety of multi-languages and multi-currencies. The ongoing implementation of NetSuite will also allow ecoHarmony to move away from its manual processes, freeing up precious time and IT infrastructure costs.
“The NetSuite system has lots of parallels with our existing business models and offers a malleable system which so far, is proving to provide a seamless and rapid integration compared to other solutions on the market,” said Jack Glover, Director at ecoHarmony. “Working with the NoBlue team – whom has been respectful throughout – has been nothing short of a pleasure. The partnership we have formed throughout the process has allowed us to highlight key activities we wish to focus on and will provide us with the manoeuvrability to meet our long-term goals, cost-effectively.”
ecoHarmony provides electric vehicle supply equipment from Viridian EV, as well as supplying related products from other vendors for environmentally conscious people and organisations. ecoHarmony has key B2B relationships across the globe in Norway, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland and New Zealand with emerging markets for trade including Australia, Iceland and Thailand. It’s now looking to expand its range of retail products and seek sales within those established territories.
To support its growth plans, NoBlue helped ecoHarmony apply for a government grant to assist with funding for training and IT improvements following a completion of the business’ customs declarations.
“Working with ecoHarmony has allowed us to continue in our mission of working alongside Small and Medium businesses (SMEs) and help them consolidate their systems into one user-friendly, reliable system,” said Ryan Harris, Sales Consultant at NoBlue. “NetSuite will not only provide ecoHarmony with the real-time visibility it needs, but it will be a key driver in allowing them to grow and scale their business globally as demand grows for environmentally friendly products.”
The project is expected to conclude in late October, with the various stages of system configuration, system migration and team training currently being undertaken. NoBlue will also carry out user testing to ensure a smooth migration for ecoHarmony, which is set to take place two weeks ahead of completion.
